Our Return Policy
We want you to love your 1st ERA socks. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned.
Exchanges
- We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
- To request an exchange, email us at info@1stera.com with your order number and the size/style you'd like instead.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email info@1stera.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@1stera.com within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
