1st ERA Sports LLC, doing business as 1st ERA (“1st ERA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this website, online store, and related services, products, features, content, and tools (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer our products and Services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, purchase our products, create an account, communicate with us, subscribe to email or SMS/text communications, interact with our marketing, or otherwise use our Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked with an individual. It does not include information that has been anonymized or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably identify an individual.

Depending on how you interact with 1st ERA, we may collect:

5. Meta Pixel and Facebook/Instagram Advertising

1st ERA may use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure the performance of advertising and understand how visitors interact with our website after viewing or interacting with advertising on Facebook or Instagram.

We currently configure our Shopify Facebook and Instagram integration using Shopify's Conservative data-sharing setting.

Under our current configuration, the Meta Pixel may collect information regarding website and browsing activity, including interactions such as page views, product views, searches, adding products to a cart, checkout activity, and purchases.

1st ERA does not currently enable Shopify's Enhanced or Maximum Meta customer data-sharing settings.

We periodically review our advertising and privacy configurations. If we materially change how personal information is collected, used, or disclosed, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

Meta processes information it receives according to its own privacy policies and practices.

6. Shopify

Our ecommerce store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify processes information necessary to provide ecommerce functionality, including hosting our online store, processing transactions, supporting checkout functionality, preventing fraud, providing analytics, enabling marketing and communication features, and supporting other store functionality.

Information submitted through our Services may therefore be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and service providers supporting our Shopify store.

Shopify may independently process certain information in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable agreements.

7. How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell customer lists or customer contact information as part of our ordinary business operations.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those communications.

Opting out of promotional emails does not prevent us from sending necessary non-promotional communications, such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, account notices, customer-service responses, product-safety information, or other transactional communications.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Program

If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and opt in to receive SMS/text marketing communications from 1st ERA, you consent to receive recurring promotional and marketing text messages from or on behalf of 1st ERA at the mobile number you provide.

We will honor applicable SMS/text-message opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law and the functionality of our messaging providers.
